The Heart Of The Father Community Outreach Ministry is very aware of the cost of funeral arrangements and the expense of preparing for family, friends and guest. After everyone has going home parents you are left to go on with limited funds. The sacrifice that is made between food, bills, and pocket money for the youth and children can be troublesome due to the inflation that we are facing. Please let us help you .This will be an ongoing Project in helping to make ends meet during your family Bereavement. Breaking Bread/ Breaking Barriers Project (Emergency food) The aim is to ensure that everyone everywhere has enough good-quality food to lead a healthy life. The Heart Of The Father Community Outreach Ministry operates a food distribution program for individuals that are unable to afford the basic needs required to live a healthy lifestyle. The Heart Of The Father Community Outreach Ministry believes that without enough or proper food, suffering and poor health may result and slow progress in other areas of development such as education and employment. Poor and inadequate nutrition also leaves children vulnerable to diseases and illness and can cause them to become stunted. Throughout this program, participants have the opportunity to receive nutritious food products and develop meaningful relationships with our caring volunteers as we help stop hunger with education, love and compassion. July 30, 2022. Food will be distribute between 12pm and 2pm. Please were mask.

Goal #1: End hunger, achieve food security and improve nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture. Goal #2 seeks sustainable solutions to end hunger in all its forms by 2030 and to achieve food security.
Our purpose is to minister to the total man: spiritual, physical and social needs. We are committed to meeting the needs of the people, as well as ministering to their spiritual being. We appreciate the sponsorship that was provided and all contribution that was used to make this project a success. Your support is critical to us in completing this project. We will gladly keep you updated regarding our progress, if you wish.

Perhaps you may know a child in your community whose parent is incarcerated and you would like to do something nice for them this holiday season. The Heart Of The Father Community Outreach Ministry would love to help you with that, by supplying Gift Bags for each child whose parent will not be home for Christmas. If you can provide us with the age, gender, shoe size, and the size they wear, we will take care of the rest.
